Based in Brendale, we are recruiting for Service Desk Technicians to join our Service Desk team, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support

Experience
Ideally, you will have 2+ years work experience in a similar position.
Essential Technical Requirements:
Technically, you will have a minimum of 12 months commercial experience in a Service/Help Desk role. Prior experience with an MSP supporting any of the following technologies will be highly regarded:
- Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Workstation (Laptop, Desktop, Mobility devices)
- Server (Physical and Virtual)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Mail Servers, Office 365, Sharepoint
- General Networking (understanding of routers, switches, wireless)
Essential Skills:
- Ideally field experience and client facing history
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
- Excellent documentation skills including formatting and presentation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
- A solid work ethic and the desire to learn and develop
- Drivers License
The Role
- Installing, supporting and maintaining desktops, notebooks and mobile devices
- Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure
- Remote and Onsite support
- Identifying appropriate components, hardware and software to be recommended to the client
- Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
- Other projects and duties as assigned

About the role
We are currently seeking capable and energetic IT Professionals to join our team. The successful candidates will work in a solutions and project fulfillment capacity and will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience designing, implementing and supporting a number of the following technologies:
- Server Hardware (Lenovo, Dell)
- Backup Technologies – Shadow Protect, Veeam, Altaro
- Virtualisation (VMware, HyperV)
- Networking (Ubiquiti, Pfsense, Cisco)
- Server Operating Systems (Microsoft)
- Application Delivery (Remote Desktop Services)
- Messaging and Database Solutions (Exchange, SQL)
- Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams)
- Azure
- 3CX (We are a Platinum Partner)
- Internet Technologies
