The process isn’t difficult, but sometimes old IT Providers can make it difficult when you want to move away from them. We can take care of this for you, including contacting the incumbent IT Provider to arrange handover of passwords. Once your passwords are part of our care, we are able to start supporting you regardless of whatever agreement may be in place with them.

This is a pretty common concern. We have worked with many companies to overcome this issue and the first step is arranging for us to perform an IT Audit. The issues we find (which will most likely be quite a few) will be documented and presented with explanation, which you can then also discuss with your solicitor about their breach of contract, if required.

Our standard support hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (excluding public holidays). Depending on the level of support with your plan, we can provide extended support hours (1-2 hours before and after, for example), as well as afterhours support.

If you are looking to move office, please contact us before signing a lease. We can perform a site inspection, and in most cases tell you what internet services are available and have these services preordered prior to your move-in date. In some cases where internet is not available, it can be very costly to get something in place.
